I have been to Matrix several times now to study Aesthetics with Natalie. Today I studied Sunekos skin boosters. As usual it was run to a very high standard. I am 54 and about to step into a different career path after nearly 10 years of being in the catering industry so the transition has been somewhat scary. First courses to take were the Brow Lamination and Brow, Shape and Design courses. I am so glad that I choose Matrix Hair. Beauty & Aesthetics Academy. Kayleigh for helping me in the outset and explaining the courses in depth, being so attentive and on-hand by email and phone and in person on the day. On arriving I was made to feel very welcome and throughout the day, everything was relaxed and flowed very well. My trainer Charlene was so warm and approachable. Very knowledgeable. She also gave loads of information about how to set up my new business and which apps and products I should buy. She has given me the correct tools and confidence to kick-start my new career in the beauty/aesthetics industry. Just completed a laser course with Gemma! Was an amazing 2 day course with online theory and tests , was so easy to locate all the information you needed for the online theory before the practical course ! Gemma was amazing at making sure we were completely prepared and confident with every step before we left to set off on our own and made us all feel very comfortable if we needed to ask any questions at all ! Charlene made it very easy to book on and was happy with any questions we had before and whilst attending the course! I previously attended another course with Charlene which was also amazing and is so helpful! Always such Lovely girls who work in their all so friendly and welcoming every time I’ve been !! Can’t wait for my next course ! Xxx

We went for the lip master class course, this was truly fantastic, it was very much worth the money. we left there feeling incredably confident to go out and start working on new sets of tecniques the very next day

I’m doing my Fast Track Aesthetics course. At the moment I’m doing the theory and I have learnt SO much already. The staff are lovely and friendly, they always respond to my questions as soon as possible and are so helpful!
